Lupa arrived at the shelter from Mtskheta where their mom and dad lived on the streets, taken care of by an animal lover. The area where they were did not have more resources for street dogs, so, in order for their mum and dad to remain safely there, we had to bring in the pups.
She has grown up to be a beautiful, very gentle and well mannered dog. She has spent time with a foster family so she’s fully house trained, well suited to apartment living and can be left alone in the home for a couple of hours. She doesn’t go on furniture, bark excessively or cause any damage.
Lupa is looking for a home with patient owners as she can be quite shy meeting new people, but once she gets to know you she’s full of quirky fun and really sweet. She loves her toys, and especially loves chasing around a soccer ball.
Lupa travels well in the car, loves to go on long walks and is looking for a home ready to take her on adventures. She loves playing in the snow, chasing waves in the sea and is well suited for someone who loves hiking and being out in nature. She loves other dogs and would do well in a multi-dog family.
